The Avenues Riyadh is a $1.9 billion mixed use scheme covering 1.7m m2 with retail, residential and commercial components. Tricon was engaged by the developer, Shomoul Holdings, to prepare a waste management strategy for the major retail centre, which will be similar to the Avenues, Kuwait. The strategy addressed all waste streams from the retail, the areas required and the operational procedures under-pinning the proposed approach.
