Broadgate Circle – London, UK

When British Land as Developer/landlord of the Broadgate Arena development, looked to redevelop their retail strategy, Tricon were engaged by project Manager M3 to support the design team led by Arup to inform the designs from a food & beverage perspective. The brief was to model a mix of generic F&B operator requirements to optimise the letting strategy for the retail estate agents.

Tricon’s work included generating the optimum split of the arena into F&B retail units and developing indicative MEP and planning data to ensure landlords plant infrastructure covered as many opportunities as was practically achievable. This information formed a key cornerstone in the letting strategy and enabled a more diverse operator strategy to be considered than was originally intended.
