Tricon are currently looking for an experienced CAD/Revit Technician to work in our Romford office.

Working on some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally you will be fully conversant in AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements –

  • Revit experience (min 3 years’ experience)
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Industry experience within a similar role working on Food and Beverage projects – beneficial.
  • Catering Equipment knowledge – beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Primary Responsibilities –

  • Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
  • Project delivery and coordination
  • Implement best practice procedures
  • Support surrounding team with various projects
  • Continuous development within the team to better our CAD/Revit library and templates

As part of our continued growth and development we are looking to recruit an experienced Projects Data Administrator, experienced in a Design Team/Construction Project environment.

This role will suit someone who has a high attention to detail, able to apply a logical and methodical thinking process whilst working using their own initiative within a design team collaborative environment.

Responsible for the data management and quality control of all of the design teams drawing and document deliverables you will be required to manage all uploads and downloads onto common data environment platforms, quality checking that all project documentation and drawing protocols are being internally met and complied with, and generally develop and improve the design teams approach to quality management.


  • Knowledge of Project Document Systems (CDE’s) ie: Asite, Aconex, Conject, BIM 360, etc
  • Previous experience in providing administrative support in a design team/construction environment.
  • Previous Document administration experience
  • Previous experience in reviewing technical documents with the ability to carry out quality control/compliance checks.
  • Ability to organise document filing and keeping records
  • Previous experience of accessing documentation and drawing files to carry out editing and quality control checks.
  • Previous experience in using Bluebeam an advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM protocols would be an advantage but not essential.

The Person

This role will suit an individual with previous experience in a service sales environment, where they have been involved with the collation of detailed sales documents or a graduate with some relevant experience, looking to take the next step in their career.  Ideally you will have had experience of both writing sales proposals and clarifying requirements with clients within the design or hospitality

The Role

Based in our UK head office in Romford, you will be responsible for writing Tricon’s sales proposals. Working closely with the Proposal Manager, Business Development Manager and Directors of the company, you will be involved with the production of new sales proposals, responding to follow up questions/clarifications and over-seeing the administration of all pre-qualification documents.

Main Responsibilities

You will work on the preparation and production of sales documentation.

Duties/skills to include:

  • Writing customised proposals for received RFP/RFI
  • The ability to organise the tasks contributing to a high-quality proposal and to maintain timely progress toward a completed document that involves multiple owners and contributors
  • To oversee the final production and sending of proposals, both electronic, in print, web based etc.
  • To produce cutting edge proposals to help the company win new business
  • Working alongside other personnel within Tricon to ensure documents are strategic and customised
  • To write/edit other types of documents, as appropriate

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:

  • Proven written skills essential
  • Ability to write clear English with correct spelling and grammar
  • Experience of co-ordinating RFP/tender responses preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint important.
