Tricon Foodservice Consultants Ltd is a creative, leading edge specialist design consultancy practice providing concept through to detailed design support for the hospitality, food & beverage marketplace internationally.

We work on some of the most prestigious hospitality food & beverage projects throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. Salary: £22k+ with benefits

As part of our continued growth and development we are looking to recruit an experienced Document Controller/Administrator to support our Design Team.

This role will suit someone with a lively engaging personality, be proactive, able to work using their own initiative and have excellent communication skills.

In addition to providing administration support to the Design Team you will manage, maintain and improve our project documentation control systems in line with company and project requirements.

  • Experienced user of Project Document Systems including 4P, Asite, Aconex, Conject, BIM 360, Procure etc
  • Previous experience in providing administrative support including using MS Office, MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous Document Control experience
  • Previous experience in using Bluebeam an advantage
  • Previous experience in reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Ability to organise document filing and keeping records
