REVIT TECHNICIAN 
LONDON/ESSEX

We are currently looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join our exciting team based in our Romford office.

Working on some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally.

Requirements

  • Revit experience (min 2 years’ experience)
  • AutoCAD beneficial
  • Industry experience within a similar role working on Food and Beverage projects – beneficial.
  • Catering Equipment knowledge – beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Primary Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
  • Project delivery and coordination
  • Implement best practice procedures
  • Support surrounding team with various projects

Trainee CAD/Revit Technician

FOODSERVICE DESIGN CONSULTANT
LONDON/ESSEX

SALARY: £34k-£44k (SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE) + PROFIT SHARE BONUS & BENEFITS

We are looking to recruit a foodservice design consultant to join our expanding UK design team. You will be responsible for supporting our Project Directors and Lead Designers with the production of project deliverables and technical design information that ensures the smooth delivery and running of projects. Working closely with our team of Revit & AutoCAD technicians you will also be responsible for technical coordination with the architects, interior designers, and MEP Consultants to ensure projects are properly detailed and specified, this will also involve site visits during construction and installation.

Working on some of the most prestigious Food & Beverage hospitality projects globally you will have the opportunity to learn and build on your skills within a collaborative support team that consistently delivers best in class designs.

The wide range of salary advertised reflects that we would accept applications from both relatively new to industry candidates as well as very experienced in industry candidates as we have more than one role to fill.

This is a role that will allow the successful candidate to hone and develop their technical design skills providing a long term career development path where you will be supported throughout within our learning & development programme.

WHO ARE YOU

  • You will have a minimum of 3-4 years commercial kitchen project/design experience
  • A good understanding of Food & Beverage and how kitchens and restaurants work and operate
  • Knowledge of the catering equipment market and familiarity with a wide range of manufacturers
  • An understanding of MEP associated with commercial kitchens
  • A self driven individual who is naturally curious and wants to learn more

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Possess excellent listening & communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and forward plan to manage your time and mitigate risk.
  • Work under pressure in a composed & organised manner.
  • A creative eye and a good attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of Revit or AutoCAD is ideal but not essential

PROJECT MANAGER 
LONDON/ESSEX

COMPETITIVE SALARY + PROFIT SHARE BONUS

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our growing UK Design team. Ideally you will have experience within the Hospitality F&B Sector and a track record of delivering large complex F&B projects as part of a design delivery team. With a good understanding of Design Management, BIM management and CDE protocols you will excel in maintaining communications with both client and wider project design team and be able to balance demanding deadlines with quality delivery. Supported by an internal design team of some of the best foodservice designers in the industry you will be responsible for the overall project management and delivery of multiple projects running at different stages, communicating with the Tricon principal designers and internal support team . Your ability to manage multiple projects will be one of your key attributes where you will be able to demonstrate your strong organisational and logic management skills to keep projects running in a timely and orderly manner. Experience of managing projects in the Middle East would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be working on some of the most exciting and ambitious Hospitality F&B projects globally alongside some of the world’s best accredited design teams. You will naturally reflect the values of Tricon at all times and help in maintaining our reputation as a market leader in our field of expertise. An understanding of F&B, particularly within the hotel sector, would be advantageous.
