Japan Centre – London, UK

Tricon were charged to develop the retail and restaurant areas for the new Japan Centre, to be located in Panton Street Haymarket W1. The facility comprised an onsite production unit, manufacturing an assortment of shop merchandise, raw take away, and restaurant items. The latter included Donburi, Shiritaki, Teppanyaki, and Tofu and Miso based dishes.

The Traditional production line assemblies were designed in accordance with the centres specifications, and dovetailed with supply lines from the centres CPU in Acton North London. Tricon completed a fully coordinated kitchen design package.
