Stuart brings over three decades of experience in the foodservice design industry, having worked initially for international catering equipment suppliers and consultancies prior to joining Tricon.  Stuart uses effectively this knowledge to support the design team’s innovative concepts with pragmatic detailed design layouts to ensure the foodservice brief and strategic objectives are achieved.  He then stays involved to take the project via a detailed tender and contractor review through to defect free delivery and handover.  More recently Stuart has been involved with developing design solutions for kitchens within listed buildings, via a number of government and educational projects and is developing a passion for the challenges this provides.
