Sarah’s hospitality career started in hotels nearly 20 years ago and for the last 12 years her focus has been in contract catering. Highly regarded in the industry, Sarah is a professional who has extensive knowledge across specialised fields including B&I, stadia, heritage, and culture.  Sarah has spent her career working with a range of clients, from individuals to corporates and multinationals, to guide them to solutions that are operationally sound, profitable and innovative.  Having worked on the ‘other side’, as an operator, Sarah’s experience brings a different skillset and dimension to Tricon’s management consulting team.
