A foodservice designer since 1989, Ian originally joined Tricon’s UK office in 1996. In 2006, he relocated with his family to work at our Dubai office where he helped develop the team until 2009. During his time in the region Ian has predominately worked on luxury five star hotel projects, working with many of the major international hotel groups.

He has also worked on other notable developments including the new Dubai Opera House, the Zayed National Museum and The Louvre, part of the new Saadiyat cultural district.
