With over 20 years accountancy experience from both industry and practice, Sarah is responsible for the company’s finance and operational functions. Her passion for the human side of the business has expanded her responsibilities to overseeing and directing Tricon’s human resource division where she has been instrumental in planning the company’s learning & development programme.

Sarah monitors the performance of the business ensuring a parallel delivery of services for both the London and Dubai offices. Asked to give a key thought on life – “keep calm and drink champagne”.
