Following a sustained period of success, Tricon have recruited new Project Director Adrian Bayly to expand their management consultancy team.

Adrian has a degree in Hospitality Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and his extensive industry experience began after completing his studies and starting in an operational role for a leading food retail service. He then moved on to join foodservice consultancy The Peter Burholt Partnership where he was involved in both design and management consultancy before joining The Litmus Partnership in a management consultancy role.

Adrian’s 17 years of experience, covering both of Tricon’s main business activities will provide them with an increased flexible resource capability and his extensive knowledge of many sectors including business, industry, leisure, retail and higher education is a great addition to their team.

Commenting on Adrian’s appointment Managing Director, Mike Coldicott said “Adrian can speak both languages – he understands the need for a sound strategic business case as well as how that operational and functional reality can be turned into a world class design.
