Cambridge Assessment consolidated a number of its Cambridge offices to new premises on the site known as “The Triangle”. The new building accommodates up to 3,000 personnel.

Tricon were appointed as the specialist foodservice consultant to review Cambridge Assessment’s requirements for the new premises and identify suitable operating concepts that sit within the wider building design proposals. This led to the development of a fully considered strategy to be used by the design team and the development of conceptual and detailed designs for each facility.

Tricon designed a main staff restaurant and beverage support panty on the ground floor, a coffee bar in the main reception area with courtyard seating for warmer months, a Mediterranean servery with the option to enjoy freshly homemade takeaway pizza and a grab & go outlet on the first floor. The main restaurant also has three servery areas offering hot meals, a grill bar and a salad bar.
