Withersworldwide’s new office space at the Old Bailey required foodservice facilities that reflected their value for customer care. Tricon was appointed to assist with tendering the catering services and the design team developed a strategy to provide a coffee bar and pantry in the vibrant client club lounge to make client meetings as welcoming and relaxing as possible. Both staff and clients can order from a seasonal menu with healthy options that even cater to their dietary needs. A servery and support kitchen were also designed to support the firm’s 200 staff, as well as a hospitality support pantry and finishing kitchen, and food and beverage support for the auditorium and training rooms.
