Dubai Sports City is a 50 million square foot complex consisting of sporting venues, cultural activities and retail developments. For the Victory Heights Golf Complex within Sports City, Tricon developed operational designs for all back and front of house food & beverage areas, including speciality restaurants, staff canteen and members’ lounge. The new stand at Epson Races houses a main production kitchen that services the fast food outlets, café bar and on-floor regeneration kitchens adjoining the hospitality areas. The hospitality provision is extensive and can accommodate up to 700 people across 14 rooms with the largest suite being able to host 200 guests. The stand is busy throughout the year, providing significant revenue on non-race days. Tricon was provided full design and construction support.
