Home to 13 million artefacts and one very famous glass roof, the British Museum receives over 6 million visitors every year. As part of the opening of the Great Court, Tricon was appointed to prepare a business plan which was used to quantify the additional revenue that could be generated from proposed catering operations. We subsequently undertook a full operational and strategic review of all foodservice operations within the Museum. Our recommendations were accepted and we undertook further work with the Museum to develop a detailed implementation plan and prepare designs for all of the food and beverage outlets.
