Tricon worked with Reed Smith to develop the foodservice strategy for the firm’s move to new premises in the City. A key rationale for the move was the integration of staff from two previously separate partnerships into a single entity and the provision of catering for employees was seen as a critical element of the overall strategy. Following agreement on the strategy, Tricon was appointed to prepare the detailed designs and subsequently led the procurement of both a catering operator and cashless payment provider.
