Tricon was commissioned to conduct a review of the drawings of the main kitchen, servery, coffee shop & ward pantries original foodservice design against the operational brief. Having identified a number of conflicts, Tricon was tasked to develop a scope of operational improvements & cost reduction, following which we prepared a coodinated detailed design package.
