Tricon was appointed by Jockey Club Racecourses to work with Peter Webber Associates in developing a foodservice strategy for the thirteen racecourses it manages in the UK. We worked subsequently with Jockey Club Racecourses in the re-tender of nine of the racecourse contracts and in the preparation of detailed service level agreements to ensure that the objectives are realised in the future. This resulted in a new joint venture structure and multi-million pound investment in the facilities by Compass UK, enabling a significant upgrading across the racecourses.
