Tricon were initially appointed to support the bank and its design team in carrying out a due diligence assessment of three Manhattan building developments with regards to the required foodservice spatial planning and the ability to incorporate within each location. Following this, One Columbus Circle was selected and Tricon were then appointed to develop a foodservice strategy and detailed design for this prestigious new location.
The building is home to 5,500 bank personnel comprising traders, back office and executive staff. The completed installation comprises a number of exciting and innovative food & beverage facilities ranging from the market hall main staff restaurant, a 320 seat staff dining facility with interactive cooking stations, a café bar serving the sky lobby & lounge, two trader deli cafes serving contemporary café food and barista serviced coffee together with extensive kitchens to support a suite of private dining rooms and multipurpose hospitality rooms as well as a feature chefs dining table in the Executive suite kitchen.
