Anglo American De Beers – London, UK

Anglo American De Beers redeveloped their existing building at 17 Charterhouse Street, located within the Hatton Garden Conservation Area, as part of a group property consolidation project. Tricon had previously assisted with the enhancement of Anglo American’s Carlton House Terrace offices and were requested to assist in creating the F&B spaces for their new Farringdon Group HQ.

Working with MCM Architects Interior Design Team, we carried out a full F&B workplace assessment of their requirements and following sign-off of the F&B Strategy and operational & design brief, we developed the design and full technical drawings to deliver a new coffee bar within their reception area and a completely new show kitchen, servery and dining area.
