Colston’s School – Bristol, UK

This Independent school in Bristol sought the input of Tricon to consider how best to out-source the catering services as the catering and domestic services were entwined. The consultancy advised the school over a long process to ensure all of their key requirements were achieved, which included investment, innovation in hospitality and the development of a new 6th form café. The co-education school has circa 1,200 pupils who through the tender process will benefit from the investment to improve their facilities for catering.
