Set in the mountains overlooking Lake Geneva, the former Caux Palace Hotel now hosts many international conferences. Tricon was engaged to review the entire hospitality services which are provided by a small core of professional staff aided by volunteers from around the world.
The review led to a complete re-organisation of these services which involved a new staffing structure and a more focused volunteer training programme. Physical improvements were made to the dining room and kitchen the following year.
