Tricon has had an established relationship with Jumeirah hotel group over a number of years. In 2016 we were asked to assist with revisiting a number of the F&B outlets as part of a 20 year milestone property assessment.
As a result of these reviews and the imminent addition of the new sun terrace deck Tricon were engaged to work with the design teams on three key outlets – Gold on 27, the new cocktail bar where we worked with the hotels mixologist in delivering a bar experience that not only looked great but operated well, Bab al shams all day dining restaurant featuring a wood fired oven, and the latest addition to the hotels F&B offerings, Scape, the sun deck restaurant with show kitchen.
All three projects were run independently and had separate design teams which we had to coordinate with.
