Located in Msheirab Downtown Doha the Alwadi hotel was a new addition to the city forming part of the Heart of Doha development.
This boutique 213 key 5 star hotel is branded and operated as M Gallery by Accor and includes three restaurants and three lounge bars.
Tricon Foodservice Consultants were engaged initially by the developer to size and plan the back of house food and beverage areas to ensure that kitchen and F&B storage areas were correctly sized and that logistically there was connectivity to all of the satellite restaurant and bar locations. This delivered a central commissary kitchen which supported remote finishing/show kitchens.
Subsequently once Accor were selected as operators we worked with the M Gallery culinary team to deliver a detailed kitchen and bars design package that was in line with their brand standard requirements.
The completed project delivers an eclectic mix of food & beverage offerings ranging from Sofra, a levant inspired menu delivered in Qatari inspired interiors, Le Colonial All day dining restaurant with its dishes from around the world, and O’Galcee Mediterranean terrace bar and restaurant.
