Sarah brings extensive commercial, financial and operational experience to her role as Chief Operations Officer at Tricon.  Working across the business, she has responsibility for ensuring Tricon has the financial strength, operational structure and people capability to support its continued growth and international development. Her remit spans finance, operations, people and organisational development, with a particular focus on translating business strategy into practical delivery.

Sarah is passionate about the human side of business and believes that strong organisations are built by investing in their people. An ILM7 qualified Executive Coach, and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, she has played a key role in developing Tricon’s approach to leadership, learning and professional development, supporting individuals and teams to grow alongside the business.

As a member of Tricon’s senior leadership, Sarah works across the UK, Dubai and Singapore operations, bringing together commercial performance, operational effectiveness and people strategy while helping shape the longer-term direction of the business.
