Nick’s career in hospitality started at the age of 15 where he took on his first role as a Kitchen Porter. Since then, he has spent 22 years working in front of house hospitality, gaining experience in nearly every restaurant operation position up to General Manager. Moving to London in 2012 elevated his career by working for some well-established brands and chefs including renowned chef and restauranteur Mark Hix and his chain of Hix Restaurants. Subsequent management roles took him around many top London restaurants resulting in being given the opportunity to open, as GM, a global fine dining restaurant in Manhattan, NYC USA.

Nick returned to the UK in 2020 where he then spent 2 years as GM managing Riding House Café Restaurants in Fitzrovia & Bloomsbury, before hanging up his boots and moving into an exciting new consultancy role with Tricon, where he will bring his operational knowledge to the benefit of our clients and projects.
