Luke joined Tricon as a Senior Design Consultant with significant experience in overseeing and managing large scale Hospitality, F&B projects in both the Hotel & Corporate sectors. Having previously worked as a project manager for one of the UK’s leading catering equipment contractors, Luke understands the challenges of managing & detailing complex equipment installations and is an expert at coordinating with contractors and all design disciplines to ensure smooth delivery and handover.

Other periods of his career saw time spent with a catering equipment manufacturer and prior to this, Luke spent time in operations working across the hospitality sector, with roles including Hotel Duty Manager and Chef. Luke strives to focus on delivering well considered and ergonomic kitchen designs that optimise operator efficiency and deliver a memorable guest/diner experience.
