CHANTAL BOURQUIN QUEVA - PROJECT DIRECTORLONDON


Chantal brings passion, creativity and 10 years’ of front line hospitality experience to Tricon’s Management Consultancy team, previously having worked in Project Management at The Dorchester Collection managing the BOH and FOH refurbishments as well as looking after capital expenditure for their three UK properties.  Prior to this she worked in an F&B consultancy, focusing on concept creation, standard operating procedure delivery and space planning. She has a wealth of experience within the hotel sector, gaining operational experience with numerous well-regarded operators including Radisson Blu, The Chedi GHM Hotels and Leading Hotels of the World.

Chantal speaks two languages and has a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, specialising in Entrepreneurship. Her commitment and enthusiasm to stay up to date with current trends and the ever-evolving operational needs of the hospitality industry make her an asset to the Tricon team.
