BRETT LIND Foodservice Project Manager


Brett has over 30 years of F&B operations, a qualified Chef, having worked in various Hotels and Restaurants in New Zealand & Australia. Having also held a number of senior management positions with leading European and US based Commercial Catering Equipment Manufacturers, where he provided expert advice to Architects and Interior Designers on efficient design and application criteria, M&E requirements.

In more recent years he played a major role as part of the Project management team to the Fairmont Raffles Hotel project in Manila Philippines. Project Managing on behalf of the project owners to co-ordinate activities of the owner, hotel operator, installation contractors, main contractor, Foodservice consultant and MEP consultants.
