Ben has worked as a chef in some of London and Australia’s best restaurants. Originally from Australia, Ben moved to London in 2003 to work at Jamie Oliver’s restaurant Fifteen (as a chef – not a trainee) where he helped train a generation of new chefs transferring his skills and knowledge in all aspects of the kitchen. He was also in the starting chef team that opened the Hospital Club in Covent Garden with chef Adam Byatt. In the last 15 years he returned to Australia where he moved from the kitchen to working with world leading equipment brand manufacturers. Later progressing on to a Sydney based design consultancy company for 5-years, working on many iconic projects in Australia and abroad. In 2018 he relocated back to the UK to join Tricon, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge of both operational and design aspects of kitchens.
