Ian Croft, who has been an integral part of Tricon both in the UK and Dubai since joining the company in 1996, will become a shareholder/owner of the company in recognition of his service and significant contribution across the years. After moving to Dubai in 2006, Ian has been instrumental in supporting the growth and success of the Dubai office throughout the Middle East. Ian’s promotion comes as part of Tricon’s desire to recognise and reward staff who have gone above and beyond in their contribution to the company’s success, and forms part of our longer term ownership succession plans.

Raha Hadjarpour was promoted to General Manager on April 1st and has been asked to join the company’s management board as part of the senior leadership team representing our Middle East interests. This new role will make Raha responsible for the running of the Dubai office, ensuring we meet all local legislative requirements.
