Located in the cosmopolitan heart of London, close to the vibrant Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, Tower of London and the artistic streets of Shoreditch, Hyatt Place London City East opened in June 21 and is the brand’s third hotel in the Capital. Black Lion House was originally an office accommodation building and Tricon worked with the professional design team to strip all areas back to core and design into the 280 key hotel. The basement area includes the main kitchen support for the breakfast and flexible dining area, including a isolatable private dining suite, a bar and “The Market” for ease and speed for customers on the go. This is capped off by the level 09 Bar, which can be divided into sections for private functions and includes an exciting terrace area overlooking the ‘The City’ skyline.
