Tricon had a resident project manager on site for the last 2 ½ years of construction to oversee and manage the installation of all the equipment into the numerous catering outlets throughout the stadium. In parallel, Tricon was retained by Wembley National Stadium Ltd to advise on specific design and operational details, especially those that would affect its commercial deal with its chosen food & beverage partner.
