Tricon worked alongside Cannon Projects to deliver the latest Shake Shack restaurants in Cambridge Circus, Gatwick, Brent Cross, Cannon Street, Lakeside and a refurbishment package for Covent Garden. Prior to starting work on this project, Tricon undertook a series of site visits to existing Shake Shacks to gain knowledge and understanding in the Brand Standards and Operational requirements. Tricon then produced full tender packages including all MEP drawing and elevations. Following a detailed tender review we worked alongside and supported the successful contractor through to the project completion and opening.
