Tricon worked with HOK on the food & beverage strategy and design for a major new mall in Lusail, the new city being created in Qatar. The mall will incorporate a food court and a number of independent restaurants, including some high end.
Our scope included: advising on the general F&B provision, adjacencies, logistics; scheme and detailed design of food & beverage areas which will be landlord managed; space and infrastructure planning for tenanted units and advising on tenancies.
