The hotel is regarded as one of most prestigious golf resorts in Spain. Tricon was appointed initially to undertake a review of each of the F&B operations to identify what changes will need to be made to cope with the projected increase in demand with the new brand. We worked with the owner, developer and local project team to remodel the dining and banqueting facilities to ensure the F&B delivery matches the 5-star reputation of the course. The home of Sergio Garcia’s golf academy, they hope many future stars will be born from this beautiful resort, set in the foothills of the Barcelona mountain region.
