International investment bank Rothschild & Co has been headquartered on its current site in New Court, London for more than 200 years with the office premises now in their fourth incarnation.

The new building encompasses extensive meeting and dining facilities, a staff café and the spectacular Sky Pavilion that offers extraordinary views across the City and St Pauls Cathedral

We delivered a comprehensive range of management consultancy services to support Rothschild prior to and following the construction of the new offices. Consultancy services provided included:

  • Developing the initial foodservice strategy
  • Preparing a detailed operational and logistics brief
  • Catering operator and cashless payment system procurement
  • Quarterly service reviews
  • Carrying out a formal 5-year contract review

Our ability to use a combination of operational experience, market knowledge and theoretical consultancy, in addition to being fully engaged with the Rothschild team throughout the project, enabled us to make informed decisions. Through communication and extensive consultations with Rothschilds we were able to effectively base our decision making on their detailed requirements.

Regular service reviews ensured ongoing contractual compliance and subsequently our more formal contract review, resulted in an action plan that made recommendations for improvements to both operational practices and physical facilities.
