KITCHEN DESIGN

We provide a fully comprehensive kitchen design service, from initial blocking and concept layouts through to scheme and detailed design. Liasing with the other design team professionals, we deliver a fully coordinated catering equipment tender package.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ensuring a design is correctly interpreted and installed is a key part of achieving a quality end product. We work with main contractors and catering equipment suppliers to ensure a smooth installation. This includes approval of manufacturing drawings, off site manufacturing visits through to defects inspections on completion.

CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION

The construction fit out of a project can be a time consuming & costly process. Tricon’s experienced project managers provide continuity of the design process ensuring that what was designed and specified is what gets delivered and installed. Review of drawings, O&M Manuals, regular site progress inspections and attendance to contractor review meetings all form part of the services we provide through to commissioning, training & handover.

BIM & REVIT MODELLING

We have been delivering BIM projects since 2013 and have achieved AEC BIM accredited status for delivery of level 2 compliant models. Our experienced CAD technicians supported by our BIM coordinator deliver a fully coordinated design package with regular WIP uploads.

BAR DESIGN

A well designed bar can increase revenue earning potential through effective ergonomic design. We work closely with interior designers to ensure that bars not only look stunning but operate effectively to maximise profit.

BASE BUILD DESIGN APPRAISALS

Increasingly we are engaged to carry out a preliminary assessment of building premises to ensure their suitability to accomodate a Client or operators food and beverage requirements. Early consultation can result in fit out savings and reduced capital expenditure.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are at the forefront of sustainable kitchen design and take very seriously our responsibility to deliver environmentally efficient designs. A well designed and specified kitchen can deliver up to a 30% reduction in utility usage per annum, and our designers work with our clients and MEP engineers to consider lifecycle cost benefits to optimise capital expenditure.
