The iconic building has been designed by Foster + Partners. Tricon was brought into the project initially through the British Museum, which has been acting as special adviser on international museums; our role has been its specialist on foodservice and to inform the direction of the design of relevant areas. We worked directly with Foster + Partners as design specialist for all food and beverage.
