Tricon were appointed by project developer SOL Properties to carry out designs based on Marriott’s F&B intent briefing. Areas comprise a commissary kitchen, numerous F&B outlets and housekeeping and valet laundry areas.
The Hotel is full of luxurious amenities including ballroom, meeting studios, spa, fitness centre and an infinity swimming pool and bar. The F&B offering includes Jolie, a French Mediterranean all day dining restaurant, and two speciality restaurants and bars; Italian restaurant Duomo and Inti, a rooftop restaurant & lounge featuring creative Peruvian-Japanese (Nikkei) food.
