The Design Museum

The Design Museum relocated from its site near Tower Bridge to a purpose designed new building in South Kensington. Tricon was initially appointed to conduct an option appraisal to identify the most appropriate mix of F&B facilities, seeking to optimise the balance between physical constraints and the commercial return. Subsequently Tricon worked alongside the client & design team to produce a fully co-ordinated catering equipment design package, as well as managing a procurement process to engage an operator for the new services.
