The iconic Sheraton building, strategically located on the Doha Corniche, underwent a far-reaching renovation and modernisation programme. Tricon was closely involved in the redevelopment of the F&B and supporting back-of-house areas. With more than 10 F&B restaurants, bars and other catered outlets as well as commissary kitchen, laundry and staff facilities, the work was extensive and the programme of works highly challenging.
