The Rosewood Amsterdam resides in the historic Palace of Justice. As befitting of its history and status this monument is a listed building. The range of F&B service includes a bakery, main kitchen, all day dining, show kitchen, function rooms, courtyard, and private dining.
Our starting point for successful hotel F&B design is to ensure we can bring together the very best guest experience that works within the operational limits and demands of the building.
The building presented real challenges when it came to space and how we would manage the vertical and horizontal connections to ensure a smooth operation. As a starting point we conducted a study on adjacencies and how we could make these work utilising the existing limited MEP.
The success of our design was founded on our ability to tailor the service and the space we have provided to us to make what seemed operationally impossible possible.
