Located in the renowned Mall of the Emirates shopping complex in the heart of Dubai, The refurbishment has seen a major change in a number of the hotel’s food and beverage offers.
Tricon was involved in the detailed upgrading of the Executive Lounge area in order that a far wider menu choice would be available to the increasing number of guests using this lounge. As well as a considerable increase in the capacity of the seating area, the back-of-house was completely reorganised to optimise the efficient use of the space available and to incorporate new cooking equipment to cope with the increased demand.
