Tricon were contracted to develop the foodservice strategy, detailed design for the National Treasury Management Agency’s (NTMA) new site on Grand Canal Upper Street, Dublin by the River Liffey.
Presentations were frequent to find the perfect foodservice strategy for the team and as a result a restaurant on the LGF (their wellness floor) showcases a stunning show kitchen. There’s a hot counter, deli counter, grab & go and a salad & soup bar for staff to choose from as well as barista-made coffee.
The atrium which, in the day, allows for natural light to brighten up each floor is also an impressive addition to the overall design.
