The Gallery houses a collection of portraits of famous historical Britons. Initially, Tricon prepared a food & beverage strategy, then assisted with tendering the contract and selecting a qualified catering operator.
Subsequently, we undertook a review of the catering operation, benchmarking against competitor visitor attractions in London, following which the Gallery agreed to extend the contract with the incumbent caterer on new terms. Tricon advised the Gallery throughout this process.
