Built in the 1930’s, overlooking Tbilisi, lies the Mtatsminda Building, Stalin’s chosen place for a leisure site. Tricon was involved in the building’s redevelopment advising on the provision of cafés, bars, conference and banqueting facilities across 10,000 square metres across 3 floors.
The successful blend of Georgian culture and Westernised service will help reinvent the iconic building as a major European tourist attraction. Tricon has guided the project from foodservice strategy through scheme and detailed design of foodservice areas.
