Mall of Qatar will be the leading and largest mall in Doha, located in the Al Rayyan district adjacent to one of the World Cup stadia. Tricon advised the design team on the extent and positioning of food & beverage provision, its servicing and logistics.
We worked with the design team to refine the design and optimise the configuration of food & beverage, which will include a large food court, restaurant court and many independent commercial units. As a part of this, we prepared test layouts to prove the areas being allocated for fitting out by tenants from shell & core.
