Magdalene College – Cambridge, UK

Tricon undertook a review of the original facility with a brief to design a kitchen that would satisfy the College’s idiosyncratic requirements and integrate into a refurbished building, with minimal impact on local listed buildings. The plan required a kitchen to last 40 years so the range of equipment was crucial. The result is a robust kitchen that allies modern with proven technologies.
