The LSE is one of the largest colleges within the University of London. Tricon developed a foodservice strategy to support the University’s expansion plans providing policies for their growing and diverse range of students. Consideration was also given as to how some of the facilities could be opened up to an external clientele who reflected the mature and international profile of a typical LSE student. Subsequent to completion of the strategy, Tricon has worked with the LSE on the refurbishment of the central student refectory as well as the New Academic Building and new Students’ Union.
