Downside School in Somerset is a co-education, Catholic, grammar school which Tricon was originally tasked to provide a catering tender to provide services to boarder and day pupils, staff visitors as well as for the monks in the school’s Abbey. Working with the school to find the best solution for the pupils and monks Tricon produced a strategy to accommodate all the diners.
Last year Downside School appointed Tricon again to complete a strategic review appraising options to divide the contract into two separate contracts between the School and Abbey to better accommodate the school’s budget and requirements for dining.
