Tricon was appointed directly by NEB to work with IHG and the design team on this 286 key, 5-star hotel. The hotel accommodates both the leisure and business traveller with due to the location within Dubai Marina, adjacent to the iconic Pier 7 and close proximity to the city’s business hubs such as Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Knowledge Village. Tricon developed and designed the support facilities for the F&B and laundry operations which included the main central kitchen which supports the All Day Dining and Speciality Restaurants as well as the Ballroom and Lounge/Bar areas.
